our patients to select from the latest digital hearing aid technology to suit their current lifestyle and needs.

Our Audiologists are fully accredited and has a wealth of experience in ear wax removal services using microsuction technology and curettage to gently remove any obstructing wax in the ear. We also provide custom ear plugs for swimming, musicians, noise blocking and sleep.

Loukia Giannakopoulos - Audiolologist

Loukia Giannakopoulos has been an accredited clinical audiologist since 2008, working in clinics across Sydney. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science (Hearing and Speech) from Sydney University, and has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University.

She is a full member of Audiology Australia, with accreditation to provide Government funded hearing services to Pensioners and Veterans. Loukia is also accredited by SIRA to conduct Workers Compensation assessments for industrial deafness.

Loukia is passionate about listening to people’s needs and prides herself on her empathetic approach, depth of knowledge, comprehensive assessments, and patient-focused care.

Beyond her professional expertise, Loukia is fluent in Greek.

Nadiia Shevchenko - Audiologist

Audiologist Nadiia Shevchenko brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for improving lives through better hearing health. With dual Masters Degrees in Audiology from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the UK, she is well-equipped to address a wide range of hearing concerns.

A full member of Audiology Australia, Nadiia is qualified to provide government-funded hearing services to eligible Pensioners and Veterans, ensuring accessibility to quality care for those who need it.

Nadiia takes a client-centred approach, prioritising your individual needs and preferences on your journey to better hearing and enhanced quality of life. With her compassionate care and tailored solutions, she guides you through every step, empowering you to make informed decisions about your hearing health.

Beyond her professional expertise, Nadiia is fluent in Ukrainian.

Tegan Jones - Audiologist

Originally from Queensland, Tegan completed her studies at the University of Queensland and is a qualified speech pathologist. She has worked in Queensland schools, where she gained valuable experience supporting children with communication needs.

Her primary area of interest in audiology is paediatric audiology, where she enjoys the interactive and engaging nature of working with children. She also has a strong professional interest in cochlear implants and other implantable hearing technologies, and is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal hearing outcomes.

She also has an uncanny ability to spell anything-it’s her unofficial superpower.

Rosa - Reception

Rosa is a dynamic and dedicated receptionist with an outstanding reputation for her exceptional customer service skills. Rosa is known for her warm, professional demeanor and her unwavering commitment to ensuring a high level of satisfaction for every individual she encounters.

Eleni - Reception

Eleni is a dedicated social work student with a passion for supporting individuals and communities. Committed to providing exceptional customer service, Eleni strives to make a positive impact in every interaction. In addition to academic pursuits, Eleni is a skilled musician, playing traditional Greek instruments such as the lyra and daouli, connecting with cultural heritage through music.

Eleni is also fluent in Greek.
